Terms and Conditions of Skrotify.se

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

    When you place an order on Skrotify.se, you enter into a contract with us according to these Terms and Conditions.

    To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age. Minors need the approval of a guardian.

Ordering

    After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address. Check that all information is correct.

    All products we sell through Skrotify.se are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock.
  3. Awards
    All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include value added tax (VAT). Any shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Payment

Delivery

  3. Transport damage
    Upon receipt of goods, it is important to check them for possible transportation damage. Damage should be reported to us within a reasonable time.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

    According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
  2. Returns
    Upon return, the goods must be in unchanged condition. You are responsible for the return shipping.
  3. Reimbursement
    Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the return.

Complaints

    If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service for a complaint. We follow the rules of the Consumer Purchasing Act for these matters.

Disputes

    In the event of disputes, we primarily try to resolve these in agreement with the customer. If we cannot agree, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN).
