1. Ownership and Copyright (Copyright)
All content on www.krotify.se, in the Skrotify Portal, in our applications and related digital platforms is copyrighted and belongs to Skrotify AB (or our licensors). This includes, but is not limited to, texts, articles, scrap price data, databases, images, graphics, logos, design, source code, software, and audio.

Reproduction, copying, transfer, sale, transfer or any other form of commercial exploitation of the material — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of MM Västning AB UÄ Skrotify AB.

2. Skrotify® — A Registered Trademark
We are proud of the brand we are building. Skrotify® is a protected and registered trademark of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRV). This means that the Skrotify name, our logos, symbols and specific service names (such as the Skrotify Portal) are our exclusive property. Under no circumstances may these be used in connection with products or services that do not belong to MM Västning UÄ Skrotify AB, in a way that may cause confusion among customers, or in a way that disparages or discredits the company.

3. Permissible use
As a user, partner or customer, you have the right to use our platforms and services for the purposes for which they are intended (e.g. price monitoring, scrap trading and administration through the Skrotify Portal). You may download, print and save information for your own, strictly personal and non-commercial use.

Any form of automated data collection (so-called “scraping”) of our scrap prices, articles or customer data for commercial use or publication on third-party sites is a violation of our terms and our copyright.

4. Violations and legal actions
We take our intellectual property rights very seriously. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted material or infringement of our trademark rights constitutes a violation of Swedish and international law. Such violations are always contested and may result in legal action, immediate suspension from our services, and claims for damages.

5. Press and media use
For press inquiries, access to high-resolution logos, or requests to cite our materials and industry analyses, please contact us via [press/info email address, e.g. press@skrotify.se] for written approval. Citations should always be accompanied by a clear source reference to Skrotify AB.
