Copyright & Data Protection
All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, databases, pricing information, calculators, document templates, code, components, visualizations, API structure, as well as the technical and functional layout of the portal, is protected by Swedish and international copyright, database law, and other applicable intellectual property rights.
Ownership
Scrapify Recycling International Ltd (org.nr 15309518, registered in England & Wales) is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the Skrotify trademark, its content, database structures, API, system architecture and computational models.
This includes, among other things:
- Scrap prices and price indices
- Classifications and scrap type data
- Environmental data such as CO₂ savings
- Code and logic for scrap calculators
- Design and functionality of the customer portal
- Articles, guides and educational materials
Any use, distribution, publication or reuse — whether in whole or in part — without the express written consent of Scrapify Recycling International Ltd is proscribed.
Unauthorised use
It is forbidden to copy, republish, automatically obtain (e.g. by scraping or API calls without a contract), mirror or retransmit content from Skrotify.se to third parties, including external scrap portals, news sources, databases or other commercial contexts.
Unauthorized use is considered infringement of copyright, trademark law and trade secrets.
Legal action
Skrotify and its owners reserve the right to take legal action in the event of infringement, including claims for damages, IP blocking, police notification, and notification to regulatory authorities or courts.
